Commencing in November of 1993, I have been instrumental in appraising real estate in Seneca County, Ohio, as well as surrounding counties. I also carry E & O Insurance and have a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License. I’m certified to appraise all types of property, regardless of the property transaction value or its complexity including agricultural, commercial, industrial, and residential. I’m also an approved by FHA, USDA & a VA roster appraiser.
I worked and served my Real Estate Appraisal apprenticeship under two different Certified General Appraisers, Robert Stoldt, and Robert Vogel. Mr. Stoldt also had the Attica, Ohio John Deer Dealership. We mostly completed agriculture appraisal reports. Also, served my apprenticeship with Certified General Appraisers, Robert Vogel in the Port Clinton area we mostly completed commercial appraisal reports. That was back in the day we mailed a hard copy to our clients and glued photos to the appraisal report itself, that was my first job back in 1993, in Robert Vogel's office.
